Dubai, UAE, 09 December 2019:
EGS Quality day 2019 was held on last 9th of December 2019 at EGSHQ auditorium A, to commemorate the EGS commitment to Excellence through Quality.
The event was led by Mr. Zack Zainal- SVP Group Security, Mr. Joss D’Silva- VP SPRM, along with Charles Yammine Manager Security QCE, QAU Team, Line Managers, QMS Coordinators and staff from business units also Ms. Roula Karam Chamoun - HR Business Partner took part in the event.
QAU distributed “Q pin with EGS logo” to man-agers and QMS coordinators to recognize the EGS “Quality Champions”.
Zack in his encouraging message highlighted the importance of Quality in every work that we do, the consistency and dedication towards continual improvement. He added that this is an opportunity to celebrate successes and share results for others to learn from this year emphasis was the important role that the QMS Coordinators play in Quality and Business Excellence.
The event was hosted by QA team and program prepared as follows:
DQA Gold –A Journey to Excellence- Step back video, DQA Gold update, Digitization, Balance Scorecard and Dashboard- presented by Elisa Faustino and Nakhshab Siddiqui.
EGS in a glance: 2018-19 in Review – EGS achievement, Management Review Meeting, EGS Goals, Reported Business Unit Challenges and Expectations related to Quality & Business Excellence-presented by Alvin Capili.
The program ended by cake cutting and serving light refreshments.
